Exchanges
- We offer exchanges only, not refunds.
- If you need a different size or style, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached.
- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to the exchange, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
No Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other reason.
- Please choose carefully and refer to our size guide or contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.
Conditions for Exchange
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition.
- If the clothes have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged, we cannot accept them for exchange.
- Items must be sent back in their original packaging where possible.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at fashion.stylezone23@gmail.com with photos and your order details.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement at no additional cost if eligible.
Please note: For quality assurance and transparency, we may take photos and videos of your order while packaging and dispatching. This helps us ensure accuracy and avoid any misunderstandings.
